Medley of Fruits Plated Dessert

The pictures are a little blurry, but this was a dessert for a VIP party. It's a orange Bavarian cylinder, with pistachio britone with brunoise strawberries and pineapple on top, and compressed honeydew, cantaloupe, and pineapple. I thought it was nice and elegant.

Summer Trio


This was a cute plated trio we did for a banquet. From left to right it is a fresh fruit tart, in the middle is a mixed berry frangipane, and the last one is a tiramisu triangle. I thought it was a nice combination of desserts.

This is a chocolate truffle cake that I made for a VIP guest.

We did a large banquet that had alternating desserts for each guest at the table. Mixed berry frangipane and white chocolate cheesecake.
