Shining Star Banquet

These are photos form a special banquet we did. I was incharge of all of the desserts. It turned out really great. It was star themed, so that is why there are a lot of stars on everything.

Cheesecake Tasting

These were the two dessert options from a tasting that we did for an upcoming banquet.

White Chocolate Raspberry Duo

This was a dessert that I came up with for a special event that was a cooking demonstration. It is a white chocolate raspberry bread pudding on the left, and a white chocolate mousse cylinder with a raspberry center on the right.

Valentines Amenity

This was an amenity we did for a valentines special.

Blood Orange Milk Chocolate Torte

This is a Blood Orange Milk Chocolate torte. I came up with it for a VIP dinner. The torte is chocolate chiffon, milk chocolate ganache, milk chocolate mousse and blood orange mousse. The little savarin is blood orange mousse on a chocolate sucree base, with a milk chocolate ganache center. The theme of the dinner was stars, that is why there are lots of star components.
