Raspberry Chocolate Entremet

I thought this one turned out especially nice. Layers of chocolate mousse ( white and dark), raspberry mousse, chocolate chiffon, and raspberry gelee.

I made this wedding cake for a Togo order. It was my first time doing draping. 

Bridal Shower Cake

I made this one for a bridal shower. The teirs were alternating red velvet and yellow cake. It was all real. It is rare that we do all real cakes. They are usually all styrofoam. 

Tank Cake

I made this tank cake for a special order. It was for a baby shower. I thought it turned out cute.
