Superhero Theme


They requested superhero garnish for this event. Not too fancy, but just and edible image on a chocolate base, and chocolate piping on the plate. 

Pistachio cherry Entremet with layers of vanilla chiffon, pistachio mousse, cherry gelee and white chocolate mousse. Accompanied by vanilla bean cheesecake. 


White chocolate mixed berry Entremet. Layers of vanilla chiffon cake, mixed berry mousse, mixed berry gelee, and white chocolate mousse.
