Summer Trio


This was a cute plated trio we did for a banquet. From left to right it is a fresh fruit tart, in the middle is a mixed berry frangipane, and the last one is a tiramisu triangle. I thought it was a nice combination of desserts.

    Fro some reason I love the word Frangipane. Everything looks so good.
